Chocolate-Coated Banana Bars 

Everyone loves this dessert because of the rich banana taste and the creamy icing.  

For about five to seven minutes, in a big bowl, beat the sugar and butter until they are light and fluffy.  

Incorporate the flour, baking soda, and salt into the creamed mixture gradually. Blend in the bananas.

Bring the oven temperature up to 350 degrees.Whip in the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.  

Transfer to a baking dish that has been buttered and measures 15 by 10 by 1 inch.  

Do not overbake; bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool.
