Easy Corned Beef and Cabbage in a Pressure Cooker

 Ingredients: One medium onion, peeled and diced 4 bountiful red potatoes newborn carrots, one pound Mixed with three cups of water, mince three garlic cloves. a single bay leaf 1/2 cup of sugar

 Directions Put onion, potatoes, and carrots in a 6-qt electric pressure cooker.

 Pour water, garlic, bay leaf, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and spice packet over vegetables. Brisket and cabbage on top. Lock lid, close pressure-release valve.

Adjust for 70 minutes of high pressure cooking.

Let pressure drop naturally for 10 minutes after cooking, then quick-release any leftover pressure. Discard bay leaf before serving.
